I currently work with consilium1 in Mason, Ohio.  I am seeking multiple java developers for projects both in-house and at the client site.  These positions range from junior to senior level.  Candidate preference will be given to those who have Spring, Hibernate and JSF.

As a brief introduction, consilium1 provides IT professionals to companies throughout the nation and has a team of over 400 consultants.  Formed in 1996, consilium1 opened its Cincinnati office 18 months ago and is quickly growing its team of talented technical consultants.  Our model differs from most other consulting firms in that we hire our consultants as full time employees with full benefits, including 401K and FSA plans.
